Steel boned patchwork tightlacing overbust corset 26"
Brief
This gorgeous handmade patchwork fabric comprising of an intricate mix of luxury satin, taffeta, dupion, jacquard, raw silk, lace, ribbon, beading and flowers mounted and worked in to heavyweight cottons and used with specialist corsetry fabrics creates a really conversation stopping, glorious silhouette.
This corset measures:
34" bust
26" waist (designed for a 4 inch reduction)
34" hip
The steel busk front is 15" long, the side curve over the hip is 12" and the re enforced, boned eyelet channels are 15" long.

Construction
Decades of research and skills go into the construction of these corsets
- Steel boned throughout
- The bones are hand prepared to ensure they fit the seams perfectly
- Lined and interlined in heavy cotton for strength and breath-ability
- The Seams are all reinforced and triple stitched (with a generous seam allowance) to prevent any breakages and internal fraying
- Eyelet channels are double boned and have extra fabric and reinforcing stitching to ensure they last
- The eyelets themselves are 2 piece eyelets with washers to ensure that they hold in place
- The corsets are constructed to be suitable for tight lacing and waist training
- Will easily withstand a 6 inch waist reduction (most people choose 4 inches)

Returns policy
As a technicality, I stand by the laws involved in distance selling and take pride in upholding your rights as consumers and human beings but personally, I put my heart and my soul in to every garment that I make, with the pride of generations of my family at stake, an unhappy customer would mean a huge personal failure. I love very minute of my life and everything that I achieve in it, every garment that I make is very much loved and if in the unlikely event you were unhappy with your garment in any way, I would always welcome it home without question!
HOWEVER, Please take care when taking your measurements for custom garments, I am more than happy to make alterations and would never leave a customer with a garment that didn’t fit them correctly but this could increase the costs for you. If you are unsure about any aspect of the measurements, please do get in touch, I am happy to spend as much time as you need helping with the measurements.
Unfortunately it is not possible for me to accept returns on custom orders. Again, I would hate to leave a customer with an unsuitable garment so I would of course come up with an agreeable plan where possible but this could also lead to extra costs though the situation is unlikely as regular pictures of the garments are emailed throughout the process (unless a short deadline doesn’t allow the extra time.)
Shipping
These are 'real' steel boned corsets, the unique nature of some of the designs and fabrics as well as the number and length of the steel bones can cause the weight of each corset to be very different.
Shipping is calculated on an individual basis going by:
- The weight of the package
- Destination country
- The safest, most secure delivery options.

The gowns come very close to 2kg, which is the maximum weight for a package. Orders over 2kg will be divided up in to two packages which will be sent separately with their own tracking numbers,
